Record of Completed Modules

When the employee is ready to take the exam based on the training materials he/she may request a time in which to take said exam. The exam will be reviewed and the employee will be advised of the outcome. A training log will be kept for each employee stating the module and the date the exam was taken along with the hours earned.(see example of log below) If the employee does not score at least 80% he/she must review the training materials and take the exam over at a later date.

Kids Central, Inc. has developed a complete training program to assist our employees in gaining competence and knowledge on a wide range of subjects. The Program consists of eight (8) components with varying numbers of modules in each component. The average number of hours assigned to each module is one and one half (1 ½ ). Beginning in the first week of February 2008 each employee may obtain a copy of the training materials he/she selects from the Executive Director or the Human Resources Officer.
