The Early Head Start and Head Start program revises it's policies
and procedures based on the program's self-assessment and community
assessment to ensure the highest quality program delivery to meet
the needs of our community

parents have on children. That's why we work hard getting parents
involved in every level of their child's life.

- We expect parents to volunteer on many levels, including possibly serving on Policy Council.
The Policy Council is an elected governing body for the Head Start program comprised of parents from each center and program option throughout our service area. These parents review our policies and procedures, vote on many administrative actions and help in structuring the day to day operations of Early Head Start and Head Start.

Program Governance
Administration
The Administration Division of Kids Central consists of the Executive
Director, Comptroller, Procurement Coordinator, and
Human Resources
Coordinator. The total allocation for administrative expenses for our
agency is 15%. KCI is operating at around 8% of this budget.
